PRINCIPAL MEMBER

• Owner or equity holder, or someone with significant control over the operations, of an AFSL
• Principal member to be a member of the FAAA or any other professional body as approved by the Executive Committee from time to time.

Principal Members receive;

• Peer to Peer Discussion Group
• Membership Discounts and Benefits
• Eligible to attend BFP Conference
• Eligible to attend BFP Events/Training
• Listed on BFP website

Fees – $550
GST is not charged on membership fees.
The first year’s fee is pro-rated based on when your application is approved.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER

• To be a Representative or Authorised Representative of an AFS Licensee
• Intend to apply for an AFS licence within 2 years of first becoming an Associate Member
• To be a member of the FAAA or any other professional body as approved by the Executive Committee from time to time.

Associate Members receive;

• Peer to Peer Discussion Group
• Eligible to attend BFP Conference

Fees – $550
GST is not charged on membership fees.
The first year’s fee is pro-rated based on when your application is approved.

AFFILIATE MEMBER

• Must be a member of the FAAA or any other professional body as approved by the Executive Committee from time to time.

Affiliate Members receive;

• Peer to Peer Discussion Group
• Eligible to attend BFP Conference

RETIRED MEMBERS

Restricted to those who have been a Principal Member of the BFP for a minimum period of 3 years.

Retired Members receive;

• Peer to Peer Discussion Group
• Eligible to attend BFP Conference

Fees – $55
GST is not charged on membership fees.
The first year’s fee is pro-rated based on when your application is approved.

Additional criteria:

In addition to the eligibility requirements, all applicants for Membership must support the Objectives of the Association.

BFP currently holds a $10 million Public Liability insurance policy.
