The Annual General Meeting of the Boutique Financial Planning Principals Association was held on Tuesday, 14 October 2025. At this AGM, our long serving President David Murdoch retired after 5 years of yeoman and outstanding service. Two other Committee Members Tony Gillett and Henry Pilat were ineligible to stand, having reached the end of the maximum term allowed under the Associations Rules – and Nathan Baker our Treasurer resigned during the year, having sold his business, with Treasurer role being filled in the interim by Chintan Engineer.
At the Executive Committee meeting held yesterday Thursday the November 2025, the new Committee Members were confirmed and the elected Office Bearer positions of President, Vice President and treasurer were confirmed. Member Lawrence Lam was invited to join the Committee to fill a vacancy, until the next AGM. The position of Secretary is an appointed position – the Secretary does not have to be an elected Committee Member.
